6. Licensing and Insurance

Advanced Kenner Concrete holds an active contractor license issued by the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and maintains general liability and workers compensation insurance. License and insurance documentation is available upon request before work begins. 7. Warranties and Limitations

Warranty terms for completed work are specified in your written service agreement. Typical exclusions include:

• Damage caused by tree roots, soil settlement, or expansive soils not visible or disclosed at the time of the estimate
• Cracking or damage resulting from vehicle loads exceeding standard residential limits, unless specifically designed for such loads
• Damage resulting from customer modifications, adjacent construction, or acts of nature including flooding
• Surface discoloration, efflorescence, or minor surface variations inherent in the nature of concrete
